Delivery

Delivery is by carrier and is usually within 48 hours. The carrier does not operate at weekends. We will send a message to acknowledge the order and say when delivery will be made. I am sorry that we cannot allow collections in person, and we only accept payment through Paypal. Please leave a contact telephone number if possible, to assist the delivery driver.

Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, but we will try to reply to queries through eBay outside these hours.

Delivery

Orders placed for delivery outside the UK mainland may be subject to a delivery surcharge, Please contact us at

sales@onlinebabybargains.co.uk for details of any extra charges.

If a delivery is made when the customer is not in, the carrier will leave a card with a phone number, to arrange a re delivery. If no contact is made the carrier will try again but if still not able to deliver, the item may be returned to us, which will mean extra carriage costs will have to be paid by the purchaser, before the item is delivered again. 

If an item is received damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt through eBay, or through sales@onlinebabybargains.co.uk 

Damaged items reported within 24 hours will be replaced free of charge, or if a suitable item is not available then a refund may be made.

Items which are delivered in good condition but found to be unsuitable may be returned at the customers expense, provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt. We will only accept back items if unused, in a salable condition and in the original packaging. We would suggest using a form of carriage that will get a signature as we cannot raise a refund for items returned until they are received by us. Any item received that is not in a salable condition may be returned to the purchaser once the appropriate carriage charge has been paid

Warranty.

A 6 months manufacturers warranty applies to items purchased from this site. If a fault develops please notify us as soon as possible so that we can take the appropriate action. This action may be a repair, free spares sent to you, a replacement, or a refund, as appropriate.   Replacement products will only be sent out if a fault is notified within 28 days of receipt, except at our descretion. Any item returned to us as faulty will be inspected and if it is a fault caused by customer misuse, or accident, then the warranty will not apply. Goods that have been modified, or repaired, or goods that cannot be proven to have been bought from Online Baby Bargains, will not be covered by this warranty.

This does not affect your statutory rights

Goods sold on this site are approved by the manufacturers to the relevant British or European safety standard. Please note that using the item in a country that does not recognise the safety standard, is at your own risk.
